1- gpedit.msc'yi çalıştırın 

2- Navigate to Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local Policies->Security Options

3- Enable "User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account"

4- Reboot
